At 7 months old, we started letting Jian watch the television but only with his Baby Genius VCDs on the DVD player on. I was quite amaze when we first saw him dance to every song it played. I never regretted buying 3 biggest pack of Huggies Dry Fit Diapers just to get the free VCDs of Baby Genius!
Even he's using 1 biggest pack of Huggies Diaper for almost a month, I never hesitated to buy 3 pack just to get the freebies. I love Freebies very much that's why I spend a lot buying items on sale (specially for my baby). My husband was amused when I said that we'll be buying 3 packs(30 pieces of diapers per pack) for the VCDs. Calculating for the 3 VCDs if we're going to buy it in National Bookstore, it would cost us around 400-500 pesos. So I'd rather get the diapers for almost 1,200 pesos and get the VCD freebies rather than buying the VCDs without the diapers. Seemed weird but I know other moms got my point. wink* wink*
Now that my baby's 1 year and 4 months old, he's really enjoying the VCDs and I can see that he's really learning. I never regretted the day when I bought the Huggies Diaper packs that would be our stock for 3 months. And for my husband? He's just so stunned with how Jian's becoming so clever. I too can't wait for the next payday to buy or rather to download Musical DVDs for my baby boy.
