Transformers 2: Revenge of the Fallen is such a blast!

Transformers 2: Revenge of the Fallen is a huge success and an amazing breakthrough in the movie industry! It was so long time ago when I watched an almost perfect movie and Transformers 2 is one of the best cool movie I've ever seen. Maybe it's just that I'm still a young at heart and every twists and turns in the story is just that A-Ok for me. No offense to the critics okay? wink* wink*

I heard a lot of side comments on facebook and I bought them with me as me and my Mike watched the movie, just to be sure how they came up with a bad reaction on a particular part. Well the violent reactions are all coming from three of my collegues. (Peace be with you...hahaha)

First violent reaction was the shallow storyline. Well, in my humble opinion, I don't go for the complicated story lines specially if the movie is really made up for kids. Yes, who doesn't know that it's a cartoon tv series that the kids loved? Even my brothers would share stories about Megatron and Bumblebee and Optimus Prime which I'm not familiar before I watched the part one of Transformers. So the storyline is just so perfect for me -- the loving parents who can't get over with their only child going to college without them (the scenes were not Over-Acting coz parents who has a single child tends to be like that), the Matrix of Leadership which made Optimus Prime come back to life (Who would love Optimus Prime die?) and Megatron's resurrection from the dead (simply because he's the strongest "bad guy") -- the storyline is excellent!

Second critic was the sexy outfits and shots of Megan Fox. They're claiming that there's no connection of that part on the movie so it should be deleted. Well, I'm sure, Michael Bay would love to give emphasis on the change of state from teen to early adulthood. And that explains the sexy parts on the movie. I guess I would not elaborate more. If you're an adult you'll know why a cool movie should have it. wink*

Third critic was the not so funny pick-up lines. I don't think so 'coz all the time the characters in the movie would blurt out a funny punch line, the whole crowd would laugh hard. I don't know if it's just me, or us, or just those people who can't get the point and can't understand the english comedy.hihi (peace..) The writers are superb! They made sure that people glued to the fight scenes would have a breath of fresh air every time there's a funny line or scenes. It's perfectly blended on the breath taking battle to make the movie light. So the same with the cartoon version, i so much love it!

Transformers 2 is indeed a blockbuster movie. It is actually the only movie showing on all of the 9 cinemas inside Mall of Asia including the Director's room and IMAX(would last for weeks, I bet!) And after watching it, I already have my stand on Transformers 2: Revenge of the Fallen. Even we haven't got a chance to watch it on IMAX, because the tickets were sold out until Sunday and what we could get is an advanced movie ticket for Monday,argh(so we didn't pursue buying it), I still super loved the movie! To add are our lunch at Max's Restaurant where we had a sumptuous Tenderloin Tips, and had our dinner in Pizzahut Bistro where we also had my favorite Lasagna Pizza, ahh, these are the pieces of heaven.=) Everything was just - so damn PERFECT! Can't wait for its Part 3! (Autobots, transform!)
