"Faith is not simply a patience
that passively suffers until the storm is past
. Rather, it is a spirit that bears things -
with resignations,
yes, but above all,
with blazing, serene hope."
- PRESIDENT CORAZON COJUANCO AQUINO
(January 25, 1933 - August 1, 2009)

You lived a meaningful life, Tita Cory. I admire your firm yet motherly arms. I know you're happy now wherever you are; and I bet you're already in the loving embrace of your better half - Ninoy Aquino.
Thank you for the memories, Pres. Corazon Aquino! We love you and we'll surely miss you.

Tita Cory's legacy will live on forever!
@fiel-kun yes, a very effective icon of democracy... grabe, when i went to church, there's a lot of yellow ribbons.. the whole nation turns into yellow while mourning to Pres. Aquino's death. Noon at magpakahanggang ngaun, pinagkakaisa nya tayong mga pilipino...
Hi Pink Note,
