FIRST DAY!

First day was a not so nice travel with my dear hubby for we left the house at almost 12 noon and we arrived in Mall of Asia at around 2pm. Travel-time took a lot of our day for the planned trips to certain locations. But then, we managed to set the mood for the night and decided to visit VC (short for Victoria Court...hehe) in Cuneta. We took a cab from Mall of Asia and drove off to the place. Well, I cannot describe the detailed story of our adventure for Day 1 because of course, it's so damn private. wink* After waiting for 10 minutes or so, the Starry themed room we settled in was a bit far from my expectation (It was our first time in VC ever!) but the pictures of the food in their menu were quite mouth-watering so we decided to order for dinner pronto. The food was costly but we enjoyed it. It did fill my cravings as well as my hubby's. So far, so good for our first day of get-away even if I became hot-tempered early that day. (Thanks for my ever so patient hubby for bearing with me...hugs!)

SECOND DAY!

Our Second day get-away was far off different from our first day. We excitedly left the house at 7am and arrived at Sonya's Garden (formerly known as Sonya's Secret Garden) in Cavite at around 9am. While we were passing by Tagaytay, the cold air made us nostalgic of each other's loving embrace. To ease the feeling, we took the cam and took pictures of romantic places we'd passed by. We just can't wait to be in Sonya's Garden and experience the magical place brings. We can't wait to share romantic moments together with ourselves alone, exploring Sonya's Garden like little kids and absorbing every single moment like old couples do. =)

After a 2-hour travel from Calamba, we successfully arrived at the romantic place Madz suggested. Me and my hubby went directly to the Spa and took Sonya's Signature Massage. We actually decided which massage to choose before hand when we visited their site H E R E days before the escapade. We enjoyed the floral scented soap we used before the session, awed by the calming and relaxing couple room we stayed in, grateful for Jeri(Mike's massager) and Marlyn(My massager) who gave us a wonderful and soothing massage, delighted for the sumptuous eat-all-you-can lunch we had, and even the comfort rooms which brought the childhood memories back - It's a glorious magical day we had at Sonya's Garden that wanted us to be back for more.

THIRD DAY!

Our third day was spent exclusively with our families. I asked Mike to accompany me in the wet market early in the morning to buy everything I am going to cook for lunch and dinner. Thankfully, the day went well and even tired, we enjoyed sharing our Wedding Anniversary celebration with Jian and our parents as well.=)

"There's no place like Home"

For those who greeted us, I want to thank you all from the bottom of my heart. Our Wedding Anniversaries means a lot to us, specially me, for long time ago I was actually a frustrated hopeless romantic. And long before, I haven't realized that my bestfriend was actually my loyal knight but I was just so busy looking for a prince that I did not recognize him. My sad lovestory ended right after he confessed his feeling and I believed in love once again. And with our anniversaries, it keeps on reminding me the enchanting fairytale I had and that also keeps the love burning until we marry each other once again in the after life.

You will always be my bestfriend, my angel and my knight.
With you I feel very blessed.
I cannot thank God enough for giving me a spouse whom I longed for eversince.
May our love continue to blossom as we count the years we are together.
