
Since I gave birth to my second child more than 2 months ago, I already loss 10lbs. It's a good achievement though I still have to loose another 30 more pounds to have my ideal weight in respect with my height. I strictly watch everything I eat, but still haven't tried exercising since I undergone a cesarean section during delivery. I just can't wait for the doctor's go signal for me to shed some weight as I hit the treadmill.
While waiting for my body to be ready for some rigorous exercise, I searched over the net and came up to a site that informs me on the best weight loss diet. Thank goodness it was created. I knew I am on the right track! =)
